Shilo Nicolls is an accomplished business leader with over 15 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, where she discovered her passion for empowering others to reach their full potential. Her leadership journey spans multiple industries, showcasing her versatility and dedication to fostering growth and happiness within organizations. Currently, Shilo serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Momentum Ventures NYC LLC, Senior Vice President of Employee Happiness (Retention) at General Marketing LLC, and Managing Member of Serendipity Family Holdings LLC, where she oversees investments specifically in the business-to-business lending arena. She is also the President of Recovery Dynamics Group LLC, where she has been instrumental in managing relationships with its hundreds of customers and representing them in various class action lawsuits, and the CEO of Legacy Life Group LLC, which is not only her newest venture but also her passion project.

Joshua Hamburg is the President of Czar Marketing Group LLC, a leading company in the timeshare ownership business for several years, currently employing 300 people and responsible for millions of dollars in timeshare sales annually. The Hamburg family office operates through Czar Holdings LLC and Hamburg Family Holdings LLC. In addition, Joshua serves as the Chairman of Minneapolis Mutual Investment Corporation, overseeing substantial investment ventures.

As the Managing Member of Serendipity Family Holdings LLC and President of Serendipity Asset Recovery Group LLC, Joshua manages billions of dollars in claims from class action settlements. Prior to his current roles, Joshua spent several years working with Wall Street investment banks as a licensed Series 7 and 63 broker, contributing to the private placement and Initial Public Offering (IPO) of more than 30 companies.

Joshua was later recruited as Vice President of New Business and Sales for Citywide Management, a major real estate and property management firm in New York. There, he was instrumental in structuring the acquisition of 3,600 apartments in Brooklyn, NY, at an average cost of $22,000 per unit, along with facilitating the acquisition and sale of several New York City apartment buildings and rental townhomes.

He has also served as CFO for Mesquite Entertainment Group, LLC, a California-based film company, where he was responsible for capital raises. In earlier roles, Joshua was the Senior Vice President of Taxivision Marketing, which was eventually sold to Clear Channel Communications, and the Managing Partner of JJJ Marketing, which employed over 150 sales agents specializing in selling vacation packages and telecom products.

Joshua Hamburg continues to contribute to philanthropic efforts as a board member of the Sam & Fran Hamburg Foundation, supporting various charitable causes.

As Vice President of Settlements at Serendipity Asset Recovery Group, Heather leads the firm's settlement recovery operations, overseeing the end-to-end process of identifying, filing, and distributing class action settlement proceeds on behalf of business clients nationwide. In a space that demands precision, persistence, and an unwavering commitment to client outcomes, Heather delivers on all fronts. Her work directly puts money back in the hands of businesses that would otherwise leave hard-earned settlement funds unclaimed — and she's built a reputation as one of the sharpest operators in the industry.

Beyond asset recovery, Heather is a licensed insurance professional — holding active licenses in Florida, Arizona, and Ohio — where she applies the same relationship-first philosophy to helping individuals and families protect what matters most.

Based in Florida, Heather is known for her ability to connect with people on a genuine level, building long-term client relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and results.
