RDL operates on a contingency fee basis. Clients pay no upfront fees. RDL's fee is a percentage of the recovery amount, agreed upon in advance before any work begins. Specific fee percentages are disclosed in the client retainer agreement.

RDL makes no guarantees regarding eligibility, claim approval, or recovery amounts. Settlement eligibility is determined by the terms of each settlement and verified by the court-appointed settlement administrator. Recovery amounts depend on various factors including total claims filed, transaction history, and fund allocation formulas.
